BioI entered a whole big huge thing about me and then clicked continue and it got lost... so I'm just going to write why I'm doing this.
I am 21. I am 5 feet 4 inches. And surprise surprise, I am overweight. I currently weigh 215 and this is the heaviest I have ever been. I'm hoping that by writing online and maybe getting tips and support from other people that I could regain a healthier weight. I am not asking to be a size 4. I would really like to be in a 10 to 12. Right now I am in a size 16 or 17. By august I would like to be under 200 lbs. *crosses fingers* lets hope this works!
I would really like people to comment and let me know what theyre thinking!
